关于连接器的S参数

1.现手头有一案子,连接器只能找到*.S32P的模型,但仿真掉用的是*.s4p的模型.
怎么把*.s32p转化成*.s4P的文件啊???

.s32p的模型是你用的连接器吗?你只需要其中的4个端口?那直接float掉怎么样啊?

.S32P模型中32个端口,用其中的4个就好啊!确定一对输入,一对输出,其他的端口设置为0就好!

其它的端口要用50ohm端接。

能不能把你的.s32p的文件传上来?我在hspice中用过,不知道你这个要用在哪个仿真工具?

S参数文件太大,我帖了关键的一短,

我用的软件恰好也是HSPICE,是不是只要在HSPICE的调用语句中,
把对应的端口设置为0即可。

s1 difp1 difn1 zd38p zd38n 0 mname=smode1
.model smode1 s tstonefile=ermet_zd_pair_ef.s4p

你用HFSS导出的文件.S32P 传上来!s参数是可以看出产分对的输入和输出的引脚的!
s1 difp1 difn1 zd38p zd38n 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0  mname=smode1
.model smode1 s tstonefile=ermet_zd_pair_ef.s32p
